Ordering & Shipping
Payment Options: Online orders are processed
using PayPal. PayPal
requires new users to register for a free account. If you do
not wish to use PayPal, orders can be placed by mail by sending a check
or money order payable to Alane Fieldson for the full amount,
including shipping to:

Personal checks: Order shipping will be delayed by 1 week
to allow for personal checks to clear.
Shipping: Orders are sent Priority Mail via
US Postal Service unless otherwise requested.
Fused plates are sent USPS Priority Insured. Most
items are sent within 2 days of your order. While average transit time is 3-7 days, allow up to 14 days for First Class items to arrive in the mail.
Returns & Damaged Merchandise
Broken Items: Glass is fragile and
occassionally, despite our best efforts, arrives broken. If your order
arrives broken, please email me within
15 days of delivery to receive an RMA number. Include
your name and the date of your order and
the item
that was damaged in your message.
To receive a replacement for your damaged item, please repack the peices
in their original mailing container and mail it to the address listed
below. Damaged item returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA. Replacements
will not be
sent
until
the damaged item arrives, so I advise you to at least use Delivery Confirmation
from the US Postal Service (it costs $0.45).
Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase
and wish to return it, please email me for
an RMA and return the item(s) within
30 days of your purchase. You are responsible for return postage
and insurance. If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, you will
not
be refunded but I will help with your claim for recovery from the shipper
(if the package was insured). Successful returns receive a refund minus
the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
